So what do we lookout for when doing an inspection? Here are a few steps we’ll be taking to make sure your vehicle is good to go!
Tire Alignment and Suspension
Winter conditions such as the cold arctic winds we had this winter affect the suspensions and the alignment of tires by causing irregular tread wear. If you notice that your car is pulling more on one side when driving, this means we need to realign your tires.
Air Pressure
Checking the air pressure of your tires and adjusting accordingly is important for fuel efficiency and longevity. We’ll also keep an eye out for signs of damage such as cracks, cut and sidewall damage that are often caused by potholes. This is another important step closer to enjoying summer vacation while being safe on the road!
All-seasons Tires
If you have winter or snow tires on, it’s time to switch them up with all-season tires. Keeping them on will use up the tread very quickly and can’t be reused for next winter. We’ll replace them with all-season tires that provide better grip on wet roads which is essential for spring, summer and fall.
