Great Purchase Experience
I purchased a used Mercedes and my experience was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised by how Peter took the time to show me the vehicle and explain all the work that had been performed on it. When I picked up the vehicle, Peter and his team made sure everything was perfect, and made me feel comfortable that he was here to help me maintain the vehicle in the future. Peter brought to my attention that my brakes were very worn and unsafe. I went to get my winter tires put on and so grateful that he assessed my car and ensured it’s safety. There was a young man also receiving service and he said…oh my your bill is so very reasonable! Thanks Peter and crew.
Excellent service – skilled and caring
This was the second time visiting Peter’s Auto, and both times I had a relatively serious problem (wheel broken off the axle and cracked fuel pump). Peter and his team fixed my car both times promptly and skillfully for a competitive price. It doesn’t end there – Peter took the time to explain exactly what the issues were and how they might be caused in order to prevent similar future issues. Needless to say, I highly recommend Peter for any car needs.

Above and beyond
When I brought our BMW to Peter for an oil change and advised him of a concern, he squeezed our car in to a busy day, ran a series of diagnostics, did a road test, and took the time to explain everything in detail as he pointed items out on the vehicle. In the end, he only charged for the oil change despite the fact that the diagnostics alone would’ve cost $70-120 at most other shops. This was our first visit. He’s earned our business. Oh, and I rarely take the time to write reviews, so this indicates how impressed we were.

I called Peter about having some suspension work done, and although Peter was booked up, he made the time and worked through lunch to to get me in and fixed my suspension issues that same day. Very impressed. Thanks Peter!

I am so glad I found Peter’s Auto Centre! I own a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the Mercedes OM642 3.0L V6 diesel engine (remember the brief Daimler-Chrysler marriage? Most Jeep techs don’t!!). I had a heck of a time trying to find a reliable, knowledgeable service centre for this vehicle configuration that was only used in 2 model years (2007, 2008). After trying and dismissing FIVE other service centres, including 3 Jeep dealerships, I found Peter, who took one look and the Jeep and said “Oh! The Mercedes OM642! Forget about Jeep – you need to think about this car as a Mercedes ML350 dressed as a Grand Cherokee.” Done!! The Jeep is now running better than new after Peter found and repaired several items even the Jeep dealerships had overlooked or ignored. No more ham-handed diesel techs! My Benz-in-Jeep’s-clothing SUV has finally found its new service home. Thanks, Peter!
